I had a great experience at this resort! The location right by the beautiful beach was perfect, and the rooms were clean, modern, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing our stay a lot. However, there were some hiccups with service and restaurant management that were frustrating. We encountered issues with late checkouts and inconsistent communication, which detracted from the overall experience.

My experience at Koh Ma was quite frustrating. While the resort boasts a fantastic beach that's definitely worth a visit, the service left a lot to be desired. I arrived to find that my sea view villa reservation was lost, and the staff didn't seem particularly helpful or attentive during the process. The resort's location is lovely, but the lack of decent staff interaction really overshadowed my stay.
